My toilet lets out a howling noise when the dual fluish Roca cistern is refilling.Is this a common fault as I cannot see any other comments on this.It has only done this after about four years use and does not do this on every flush.Any other fellow sufferers out there ?

sounds like the QE 2 coming into port
it's the diaphragm in the fill valve.
change diaphragm or the complete fill valve.

common fault.
