AEG Lavamat 74689 - fault with fabric conditioner dispenser?

Our Lavamat washer has suddently developed a fault where the water flows down the wrong tray when the fabric conditioner should be washed into the machine for the final rinse. I have tried unplugging but still the same. Any ideas anyone? Thanks

the bit above your soap draw might be blocked up with black gunk.common issue.would require a new one unless you can unblock holes
