bolt dimensionsor part number for 2 bolts fwn of front blade pulley ?

I have a signature2000elite 18/42.Apparantly vibrations has caused the 2 bolts on either side of the fwd blade pulley to work loose.These bolts seem to be a tensioner of sorts.I need either the dimensions or the part number for them.
