can;t get riding mower to start at all it is a turf-trac 8-32 with tecumseh 8h.p. motar industrial commercial plus how do i conect the deck to it as i never owned one like this before.

i know that the deck connects easily with six lift arms, three on each side, that are held in place by cotter pins or snap rings, attach the belt to the motor drive first and then attach the lift arms, i found it a really simple system, also i am having problems with clutch slippage, was wondering if ur having the same problem?
