Pilot light on RSF820?

I can ignite pilot and will run ok. If I leave overnight the pilot is out by the morning.
I have replace the High Temp Stat, thermocouple and ensured that the pilot covers the thermocouple.
Not sure what else to try?

Checkout pilot flame restrictor orifice, it maybe blocking up and causing a poor flame and dropping out the gas valve.
