WHEN WE PRESS THE GREEN PHONE BUTTON TO SWITCH THE PHONE ON TO MAKE A CLL WE DO NOT GET DIAL TONE. THERE IS A 'Y' TYPE OF SYMBOL THAT IS USUALLY ON, BUT HAS DISAPPEARED.
