sump plug stuck?

has anyone got an idea on how to undo jammed sump plug in a mondeo. Sump made of alloy so scared of damageing it. Only have basic tools. starting to round off plug.

Tried that, its ripping plug to pieces. Decided to spend out on garage.

run engine till hot so oil heats up get a pair of plumbers stilsons/grips and undo it
