leaking oil from steering rack gaiter?

Is the gaiter on the steering rack gaiter difficult to replace on a Ford Ka 02 reg?

There should be no oil in the gaitor, there should only be some grease smeared around the internal ball joint. the rack seals are leaking.

if it has power steering probably internal seals away,try scrappy for a new rack
