How van I fix my V+ box?

I have a virgin media v+ box. When I bring up the list of channels it shows all the movies but when I select one it asks me for my pin. Once the pin is entered and I select it just brings up a blank screen. Can anyone help?

Same happens with me. I think they have blocked all the chipped boxes - somehow.
