How do I change a thermostat in my Hotpoint Fridge?

Hi,
I have purchased a thermostat for my Hotpoint RLA34 Future Fridge but have no idea of how I go about taking the old one out and replacing it with this new one. I don't even know where in the fridge it is located.
Can someone please help me with this?
