Staples SPL-710SH Paper Shredder jammed-is there a reset button?

My Staples SPL-710SH Paper Shredder jammed and I cleared it out. It is now making a high pitched whining noise, and will not even accept paper. Is there a reset button? How can I make it shred papers again?

I'm having the same problem with my SPL-710SH. I'm guessing there are stripped gears in there somewhere but I can't see how to get it open to check.
