I just got a samsung yh-820 mp3 player. I cant seem to operate it like open it or charge it. I plugged in the usb cable to the player and into the computer but it just says battery low and i've been charging it for like 5 hours. when i unplug the player and press the buttons nothing happens? anyone help?

did you try to reset it? the button in the back see if that helps
