AEG Favorit dish washer 2year old model?

The machine is ejecting the washing tablet from its container too soon during the cycle.The tablet can be found at the end of the cycle still not disolved apart from the centre ball. The dishes are not properly cleaned.

unless you use intensive program you can put the wash tablet directly on to the silver bottom filter and this way it will be in the wash water and dissolve.Other thing to check is if the water is getting hot!
