ER-4615, when turned on, then, turned off. Unit will not go on, unless we do 00.clear ram. once turned on, it won't do anything..keys do not response. There is no error message display. I have a spare unit, so I started replacing individual component. starting with the printer, then transformer, then PC board. But it's still doing the same thing. What is the real problem?

It sounds like it might be a keyboard issue then. i'd check the layers of the membrane inside for leakage paths
