repair to bosch cordless drill?

my bosch cordless drill psb 24 ve 2 the chuck is not turning it works ok without a load ( not much good) any ideas?

if you take it appart make make sure the slide for the gear box is seeted on the the locateing peg on the gear box if so poss gear box is needed it is a compleat unit
