Every time the program is used when it has finished I open the door to find the tablets or powder have not been dissolved.
The brand is the Indesit D63.

have had the same problem on many occasions and funny thing is that it's the expensive brands that don't disslve, whereas supermarket own brands are fine!! one way around it - although i appreciate we shouldn't have to do this - is to put the tablet in one of the cutlery compartments instead.
