I have a Hotpoint Fridge,Model # CTX21. I would appreciate help in accessing the defrost drain tube, it's blocked and causing water to accumulate on the fridge floor under the bins. The tube is on the exterior of the unit, on the back. Hotpoint customer service won't help. Would appreciate help with some directions.

Hello,

Sometimes you have to seach for them under panels and where ever. Follow the hose in the back to get an idea where it is located. If you can't see it in the upper half of the fridge perhaps with a funnel cup also, check under the bottom and back panels of the freezer. Good luck!
