It is asking me to empty the containers, so I have but then it won't go off that screen as if it's not recognising that I have done it

I had this problem, asking me to clean the coffee drawer. It went away after I pulled it out and replaced it a hundred times. Switch off and on at the socket and try rinsing/cleaning/descaling. Mine was ok after that but now it keeps asking me to fill the water tank! driving me mad!
