heat surge stays on for a few mintues ?
Heat surge stays on for a few minutes then shuts off. I set resiet button & it happesn agaiin. No help from the company since it was a gift & they said they need power of attorney to talk to me???? anyway, tried the outlet with a portable heater I have & no problem. DOn't know what to do... am furious...was a gift from my daugher & I feel so bad...did like it when it worked. anyone know who fixes these things.
