how can i check the fan lead and conector of my greenstar he boiler? please?

my boiler isnt switching on and i been told to check the fan lead and the conector and the fan. would be it possible to do it myself? any advice how? please

buy an electric screw drive touch it in the terminal turn on boiler if it lights up the its working but u need to have your finger on the top of the screwdriver or theres a metal tab on the handle ask at the diy store they explain it 2 u
