faber gas fire?

i have a faber gas fire that every year decides to cut out approx 20seconds after lighting. taken logs out and hoovered but still the same any help please

I have a faber relaxe L the fire wont stay lit when the glass is front is on,but when the glass is removed the fire works perfectly
