Biasi Riva compact HE, Model M98 24SM/C2. Not firing red and green CH indicator lights flashes continuasly, no hot water or central heating. lock out reset button does not do anything. Can any one help?

Unless you tell me exactly what EACH light is showing then I cannot make any guesses.

They are not just pretty lights but coded to indicate what the boiler thinks is wrong.

You could also edit the heading to correct the boiler model number.
