The Plumber has just come in and installed a new shower unit but has left unsightly holes from the old unit - the new is a different design and I'm guessing it wasn't the same size to cover the old holes.
What can I do to fill these 2 screw sized holes in the tiles? Tiles are coloured, not white.

See if you can buy a couple of stainless steel screws and fit with screw cap covers (as on car number plate screws) Might be able to colour paint caps to match tiles.
Chromed capped mirror screws might also work but as these will be mild steel and will rust fit chrome caps using a water proof mastic.
