indesit evolution 1200?

The display is working but washing machine won't start and door won't open error message (i presume) is coming up door - helkp my clothes are in it !

un plug machine from wall,door should open,remove wast pipe from under sink drain into basin,if it dose not drain clean tube with kitchen towel and give it a good blow clear.
