why do my windows make a humming noise when its windy ?

we got our full house double glazed about two years ago and everytime its windy we hear a humming noise in the front bay window and also the upstairs front bay window . As daft as it sounds the noise really drives me crackers ! we can open the downstairs sash window about 2cm and the noise will stop until we close and lock it , what can we do to stop this ? the company that did the windos have now closed down so i have no fall back on them , so could fensa help me if i cant sort it out myself ?
thanks in advance for you replys

thanks for your reply. by a stroke of luck i found where the noise was coming from ,some of the sealant had slightly come away from the brick and frame .my husband sealed it up and we cant hear it no more :-) job done !

the next time it`s windy go outside and push the opener[s] against the frame, if the humming stops then it`s just an adjustment problem. the locks [cams] that engage the opener into the keeps can be adjusted by use of an allen key. adjusting the cams pulls the opener tighter against the rubber seal. i`m summising that this is creating the humming sound but also check the silicone sealing around the frame itself
