Anyone know where the cable from the rear handle on a empress 16 mower attaches. There is a spring/hook on the end of the cable but i can not see where it attaches. Having to push the mower at the moment which is very awkward. It has become detached from somewhere underneath but can not figure where. Can anybody help me?
