I need a repair kit for rusted dishwasher racks?

I need a repair kit for the rusted plastic coated racks in my dishwasher. Apparently they did exist. Has anyone seen them? (or any sealant that is non toxic) Thank you

Yes. My local Dishwasher Repair Company has this stuff called: Rack putty. It hardens and seals like plastic.
