My Polti Vaporetta 2400 will not power up?

The machine will not power up.No lights,no nothing.Fuse and power supply have been checked.Any Ideas?

Check the thermal fuse inside the unit, a small round device covered with a plastic sleeve, situated near the steam boiler unit. These are cheap to replace about £1 fom Maplin or off eBay.
