Hi
The alarm system is a Veratis and it keeps beeping every 10 seconds after it is unset.

Previously....
there was a power cut, then power returned.
the led light is a continuous green light on the panel
the alarm does work when it is set

The issue is when I come into the house and turn the alarm off the beeping starts.....

Is there anyone who can help me please?

that may your service call reminder, there are reminders that come up after 12 months like beeping noises, unless you know the engineer code (1234 prog)factory set code, then press reset, youll only be wasting time until you get an alarm guy who knows the alarm code!
