I have a creative zen micro and i put some data on it from the sync, and i cANT DELTE IT. its just stuck there, if i delete it, and i refresh it, its there again, it just wont go away and its using up 1.2 gb of memory! if anybody knows how to format the whole thing, (all i can do is manage to format the removable disk), please answer, thankS!

boy, first take out the battery. dont put it back in. now, turn it on and hold on to the swich, then put the battery, it will come to recovery mode. go to format only, wen is finished, go to reboot. and its all format including removable disk. all even the sons you have in there.
