i accidentally removed the back of the sensor while decorating, the make and model is a optima xm house alarm,now the keypad has froze and wont let me do anything..
put the sensor back correctly closing the tamper circuit and press reset, if this fails remove battery turn off your electric and repower battery first. 07985 247 566
