Can I mend a ceramic hob glass that is broken?

I have an old Tricity Fanfare cooker with a ceramic hob. Unfortunately I broke the glass top of the hob. Is it possible 1) To replace just the glass or 2) Can you get a complete ceramic hob for such an old cooker?
