can't switch off extractor fan?

We have an Hygena Diplomat Cooker hood APP2339 SERIAL No 000932.
For no apparent reason the lights and extractior fan have come on and Ican't switch them off. Nothing happens if Ipress the little buttons 2 is showing in the little panel
