ideal isar HE30 combi boiler, we have hot water but no radiators are heating up, tried reset button ,displays 0 on digital display, told pcb board broken, is this correct?
Probably not pcb
Sounds like it's not the boiler, rather the external controls clock/room stat.
If you had a 'c' displayed and no CH, then the boiler may be in question.
