if you open the panel,then you will need the engineer code to reset the panel,the alarm company will have changed the factory code 07890,or it may not have,try key in 07890,c what happens,it should display an "e"if it does,then open the panel,replace the 7 amp battery,then close panel,key in 99 enter,
