how do I get a manual on how to use necht oven? was delivered without tray or instructions...Have rung the suppliers many times but without luck.

I wouldn't ring the suppliers of Necht. I would ring the manufacturers, there Tel No. is 0161 6223259. Or better still call in and speak to them, the address is :-
