the reset button is flashing every second but the blue light is flashing every 2 seconds - i am without heating and hot water. it has been suggested that the condenser is frozen. as happened recently with pretty much the same symptoms - boiler made a gurgling sound when i tried to reset. is the blue flashing code indicitive of this
