im wsorking on a worcester greenstar 24i theres no hot water but the boiler is firing up does any one know waht the problem could be

If the boiler is firing up but no hot water, possible issue with the synchron motor on the diverter valve, check the CH flow to see if it's getting hot, this would confirm the problem
