It is all possible. But the Wii controller uses Bluetooth so you need to make sure your helicopter supports it. You will also need:
One Mini SSC II serial servo controller from Scott Edwards Electronics, Inc.
One BlueRS+E bluetooth serial adaptor, from the German company Stollmann. (150 euros).
I will not go into detail how to build an appropriate connector and power supply. But it will take alot of work. Also it depends if you have enough buttons on the Wiimote compared to the helicopter controller. So in theory yes but this is not a Novice DIY project.
