sky magic eye problem?

My magic eye will not operate my 2nd tv! I have turned on the RF outlet on the skybox I have a light showing on the eye, and the eye even changes channels on the main tv from the monitor. Still no picture on the monitor . Can anyone help?

You need to tune one of the channels on the the second TV in to the signal coming down the coax.
