gas hob i need to replace the knobs to turn the hob on ?

i have an electric oven and gas hob the oven only works

on half but comes on full if turned to grill and the gas hob s knobs have melted it was bought from MFI some time ago and they are no longer in trading do i have to replace it all or can i buy 3 or 4 knobs ?????
