eco 2 in 1 steam master, I had the original steam master replaced as the on/off button does not work I have only used the replacement one 5 to 6 times over a year and the on/off button will not turn the machine on

I have an Eco steam master and at the base of the handle where it clips onto the floor brush/steamer the clip has broken so i can't use it to steam/clean my floors. Can you offer any help please?

Sounds like you may of overfilled it and the pre sure relief valve has blown,

mine does exactly the same and shoots steam from the bottom only had the thing 6 months have contacted where I bought it from, for them to take it back and refund me I was lucky I wasn't injured!
