Grundfos UPS 15 Circulation Pump Fault?

Our Circulation pump has become very noisy over the past few days. The radiators seem to be working ok and the hot water is still being provided but the pump is making this aweful clockwork like noise. Any suggestions please

I sometimes get this when restarting a system, but thats when its not pumping . have you bled the pump?
