Hello,
My 85 yr oldy mum just rang to say her boiler, switches itself off, after about 15 mins when heating and hot water is working, but then it all switches off.
She admits she may have "fiddled", but as she is an hour and a half away, I would like some advice, as to whether it just wants simple adjustment, or if i need to send an engineer a speedy response is gratefully received
