How can I make my powermax 185 boiler heat up ?

I have been away for a few weeks just came back into a cold apartment. Tried switching the advance button but the heating is not coming on , only hot water is coming

Try showing some patience!

Your boiler is a thermal store, it will need to heat up the bank of water before releasing hot water around the radiator system
