How do I install a belt on a D6182 Hoover tumble dryer?

I'm replacing the belt on a hoover tumble drier and can't get the tension pulleys correct. They came loose when the belt snapped and the spring got dislodged. The machine is a D6182 Electron Dryer de lux autosense
