my moffat fan oven wont heat up?

i have a 3 year old moffat fan oven and it wont heat up, everything else on it works but no heat, it tripped the electric yeasterday, is it easy and cheap to fix?

replace the fan oven element.this can be replaced from inside the oven cavity by removing the back fan cover plate
