Why won't my machine drain water?

I have a Fisher & Paykel Smart Drive Washer. Model GW609. Won't rinse the water. Have 2 white drain hoses on the left side at the back, and one black drain hose on the right. Having trouble removing the backing to this black drain hose. Can you help?
