drivers window renault scienic?

the window goes down when it feels like it been to the supper market and came back and window down passanger side window works fine 55 reg please help

common fault with renault. renault will pay 75% of the cost to fix this in the windows. usual cost is £65/£70 per window. if you can afford it get them both done because the other one will break.
