I have recently moved in to a top floor flat and so had to carry the washing machine up 2 flights of stairs, once installed the 1st time i used my dyson all was ok, however the 2nd time, it now starts a main wash but about 5 mins into it it stops with Fault 15 error showing. what can i do to fix it please?
